PixelPages Return & Refund Policy

At PixelPages, we sell digital products including eBooks and downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

1. No Returns on Digital Products

Because eBooks and other digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, PixelPages does not offer returns or exchanges for digital purchases.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be provided in the following cases:

- Duplicate payment for the same product

- Corrupted or inaccessible files

- Failure to receive the purchased product due to a technical issue

- Incorrect product delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Change of mind

- Accidental purchases

- Dissatisfaction with the content
